Delivery times

Within Australia goods are shipped with Australia Post eParcel. Sydney & Melbourne Metro orders are generally received within 2 business days of receiving a shipping notification, whilst regional area’s and west coast can take up to 6 business days.

International shipping

All international deliveries are sent via eParcel and are generally delivered within 5-10 days of shipping.

For an additional fee express shipping can be selected at checkout.

International express shipping should arrive with international customers within 2-5 business days.

Shipping rates are as follows (all prices AUD$):

AU: FREE for purchases within AU (unless on flagship store items under $80, in which case it’s $10 flat rate)

USA & Canada: FREE for purchases over $200 or $25 flat rate if under

NZ: FREE for purchases over $200 or $35 flat rate if under

Rest of World: FREE for purchases over $700 or $85 flat rate if under

We use only high quality, natural fibres and fabrics as, along with being the most beautiful, they are the most environmentally friendly.

Natural fibres are biodegradable and ensure micro plastics are not released when products are washed.

Our linen is mechanically softened with volcanic stones rather than harsh chemicals.

Non toxic

All our textile products are dyed using eco friendly products containing no harmful substances.

happiness

I have been coveting the 'heavy linen' for a while, evaluating "want vs need"...they are both. The perfect weight for seasonal change and an additional layer for winter months. Texture is amazing and quality superior...as expected from this company.
