IN BED Market Day

Our IN BED Market Day events over the last two weekends saw our Sydney & Melbourne flagship stores transformed into an abundant bazaar filled with produce from some of Victoria and New South Wales most exceptional growers and purveyors of gourmet food.

Curated in Melbourne by author and cook Julia Busuttil Nishimura along with art director Stephanie Stamatis and in Sydney by food creative and writer Harriet Davidson, IN BED Market Day brought together a selection of our favourite vendors including Wild Life Bakery, Borrowed Ground Growers, Kurrawong Organics, Ramarro Farm, Hunted and Gathered Chocolate, Sarafian Hummus, Koji and Ko Miso, Holy Crumpets, Pepe Saya, Iggy’s Bread and so much more.

It felt incredibly special to bring our community of customers and friends together around food and great produce, two things we care deeply about. To have our stores smell like a green-grocer, even if just for one day and to meet so many people who are just as passionate about fresh, local fare as we are.

We’re so grateful to Julia, Stephanie & Harriet for their collective vision, for finding the rarest and the best, and their ability to pull it all together into the market of our dreams across two states. If you couldn’t make it into store for the events or perhaps came along and liked the “vibe” our Market Day playlist is available to stream here and doubles as a great soundtrack to your next dinner party.
