Since IN BED’s inception, over 10 years ago, the linen bedding market has become laden with choice, so it’s time to share what makes ours stand out. Made entirely in Europe
Our linen is entirely traceable. From the farming co-op that grew and harvested the flax in Normandy, France to the centuries-old B Corp® certified Italian mill that spun it into yarn, through to the makers in Portugal who dyed, cut, and finished it into the bed linen you see before you.
Our 100% linen bedding is made entirely in Europe, from seed to finished product, by experts in their field.
‘French linen’ doesn’t always mean it was made there; often the flax was grown in Europe, but the entire production process was completed offshore. If you’ve seen OEKO-TEX® or STANDARD100 certified on our products, put simply: this means they have been tested for harmful substances and are completely toxin free.
The factories we work with are independently certified, often family run or with their own sustainability initiatives such as active procedures to reduce water & energy consumption.
