Shipping & Handling

Please note our Australian store & warehouse is closed for a short break from December 25 - January 6. Any AU orders placed after midday December 24 will be sent out from January 6th.
Our USA warehouse will dispatch orders as usual. 

Australia

Shipping is complimentary on all domestic IN BED orders over $250

All orders under $250AUD will be charged a flat rate of $15


Packages are sent via Australia Post (eParcel). Sydney & Melbourne Metro orders are generally received within 2 business days of receiving a shipping notification, whilst regional area's & west coast coast take up to 7 days.

If you are not home for delivery, you will be left a slip to collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

New Zealand

Orders to NZ are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia via Australia Post. 

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $250NZD, all orders $250 and under are $35NZD.

Please note: your order may be liable for local NZ duties, taxes or import fees. IN BED is not liable for any of these costs and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Singapore 

Orders to Singapore are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia via Australia Post Express.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $700SGP, all orders $700 and under are $40SGP. 
 

Japan

Orders to Japan are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia via Australia Post Express. 

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $2800JPY, all orders $2800JPY and under are $3800JPY.
