Role: Store Manager - Full Time (5 days per week)

We're currently seeking a talented Store Manager for our beautiful Paddington flagship store. 

As our Store Manager, you won't just oversee daily operations; you'll work with the directors and the rest of our small, dynamic team, collaborating on ideas across the entire business. Role Overview:

As the Store Manager, you'll work collaboratively with our small yet dynamic team, maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our space and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Customer Connection: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, providing a warm and welcoming shopping experience that reflects our brand values.

Digital Presence: Manage online communications for the store seamlessly, responding to inquiries and overseeing online orders dispatched from store,  while maintaining the brand's distinct tone of voice.

Buying Expertise: Contribute to the selection of homewares for the store, showcasing your keen eye for trends and a deep understanding of customer preferences.

Creative Curation: Craft an atmosphere that resonates with the understated elegance of our brand. Your ability to tastefully arrange displays and merchandise goes beyond visual merchandising – it's about creating an immersive experience that reflects the essence of IN BED.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in homewares or a related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for design and an understanding of style aligned with the IN BED aesthetic
  • Tech-savvy with experience in managing online platforms
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Currently living in Sydney with working rights
